Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, less any shipping charges or fees.
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order and must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at support@luxxone.com. Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@luxxone.com.
The return processing/shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Cancellations
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been processed. Please review your order information before placing your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
